The production of plastic or fibre fastening systems can lead to high costs for companies, often with unsatisfactory final performances. To overcome this challenge and offer a complete service to customers who rely on us for carbon fibre processing, at Italica we have developed three proprietary patents for the production of carbon fibre fastening systems, including custom-made systems.

Hooks, brackets, flanges and spacers made directly from molds without milling or drilling, using recycled or recovered carbon fiber-based materials. Using net-shape molding, we guarantee consistent and reliable dimensional repeatability, ensuring superior performance and excellent value for money.

The price list offers an affordable option, with competitive prices varying according to the quantity ordered. With a production capacity of up to 300 pcs/day, we can offer sample lead times of 6 weeks. The sale of fasteners is open to all (Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3 companies).
